No Hindrance Zen offers weekly practice opportunities in the Baton Rouge area. Services include Zazen (seated meditation),  Dharma talks (presentations on Zen Buddhism), and  discussion. Our teacher is Gary Muso Pettigrew, a dharma holder (Hoshi) in the White Plum Zen Buddhist lineage.
